Q: How do I make the card work?
A: Just tap your phone on the card and it will open the experience automatically.

 

Q: Where do I tap my phone?
A: Tap near the marked area on the card. We show you exactly where, so it’s easy.

 

Q: What happens when I tap it?
A: It opens a private experience with video, music and a photo gallery, all created for that card.

 

Q: Do I need to download anything?
A: No. No apps, no downloads, no setup. Just tap, and it works.

 

Q: Will it work on my phone?
A: It works on most modern smartphones. If your phone supports contactless payments, it will work.

Q: Does the card need batteries?
A: No batteries, no charging, no wires. The card is powered by your phone when you tap it.

 

Q: How does it actually work?
A: The card contains a small smart tag. When you tap it, your phone reads the tag and opens the experience online.

 

Q: Is the video stored inside the card?
A: No. The card links to a hosted experience, so we can include video, music and galleries without limits.

 

Q: Will it stop working over time?
A: No. There are no moving parts or power inside the card. As long as it’s kept safe, it will continue to work.

 

Q: How long will the experience last?
A: The experience is designed to be available long-term, so it can be revisited again and again.

Production - AI? 
 

Q: How do we make the cards?

A: We use a blend of photography, digital art, creative writing, music production tools and AI-assisted tech to help craft personalised memory experiences in the format of a card. Every Singing Seagulls creation is guided, curated and assembled by hand around the individual story, occasion, location and client preferences.

Q: How are the custom songs and artwork created?

We utilise a collaborative approach blending human curation with cutting-edge generative AI technologies (including Suno AI for composition and advanced AI illustration suites). While the heavy technical rendering is driven by AI systems, every single card undergoes extensive human direction. We act as your creative producers: we ingest your unique stories, inside jokes, and traits, and manually craft the precise prompts, curate the generation styles, and edit the final audiovisual output to ensure it meets a premium, professional standard.

 

Q: Do I have the commercial rights to my custom card?

Yes! All of our custom audio assets are developed using fully licensed, commercial-tier creator subscriptions. This ensures you have full legal rights to play, share, distribute, and enjoy your audio keepsake publicly, anywhere in the world.

Q: What happens when they open it?
A: They open the card, tap it with their phone, and it comes to life with video and music. Then they can keep it and revisit it whenever they like.

A: We include clear guidance on the card. Most people instinctively tap it, and that’s when the magic happens.

A: Yes. You can upload photos, and we’ll include them in the experience and gallery.

 

Q: Do I need to be creative?
A: Not at all. That’s our job. You just give us the basics, and we handle the rest.
